Attorney Bradford began serving as President of the Board in August 2024. She is a Northwest Louisiana native having been raised in Webster Parish, and completing her primary and secondary education there. Attorney Bradford is a 1991 Minden High School graduate who went on to receive her Business Management Degree from Louisiana Tech University, followed by her Juris Doctorate Degree from the Southern University Law Center. Over the past 25 years, she has been a steadfast advocate for children and the rights of the underserved. She is affiliated with organizations that focus on the uplift, inclusion, and overall support of children, including Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, and The Links, Incorporated. Attorney Bradford brings extensive legal expertise and passionate community leadership to 22 Hands Up. As a practicing attorney, she understands the challenges facing youth in our communities, and is dedicated to creating pathways for success through mentorship and educational opportunities.
Cordarius Winzer, proud native of Homer, Louisiana, is currently serving as a Funeral Director intern at Memorial Funeral Home. A graduate of Athens High School, nestled in the rural heart of Claiborne Parish, Cordarius went on to earn his degree from the historic Grambling State University—an achievement that reflects both his resilience and commitment to personal growth.
Amber McDown has served as Board Secretary since August 2024 and brings a unique blend of experience in journalism and education. She has been a reporter with the Minden Press-Herald since 2022 and previously spent a decade in education, including seven years teaching middle school science and high school speech and theater. Amber holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Centenary College and a Master's in Education from Louisiana Tech University. Passionate about youth development, she is dedicated to helping young people grow in confidence, communication, and purpose. In her spare time, she enjoys reading sci-fi and fantasy, sewing, and encouraging others to reach their goals.
Stacey Pryor holds an Associate Degree in Business Management and Accounting and brings over five years of experience running her own bookkeeping business. She currently provides financial and administrative support to both a neuropsychologist and a pain management specialist. With a sharp eye for detail and a love for numbers, Stacey is known for her precision, problem-solving skills, and commitment to excellence. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and is passionate about helping others grow personally and professionally—making her a trusted steward of 22 Hands Up's mission.
Yolanda Wilson, a native of Ruston, Louisiana, is a passionate community leader and advocate for youth. She holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration and a Master's in Public Administration and Criminal Justice from Grambling State University. She serves as a Financial Analyst and Project Coordinator for Raise the Youth and brings valuable experience in finance, project coordination, and youth development to her role as a board member of 22 Hands Up Leadership. Yolanda is also the owner of Lan's Printing Express and Creations, LLC, showcasing her entrepreneurial drive and creativity. A committed youth mentor and church leader, she remains devoted to service, leadership, and empowering the next generation.
