Darrell and Sandra Hampton - the visionary founders who are transforming lives and building generational wealth for youth in Northwest Louisiana.
Founder's Story
Darrell Hampton founded 22 Hands Up, LLC with a vision to break the cycle of poverty through education and empowerment. With a deep commitment to the community, he witnessed firsthand the challenges facing youth in Northwest Louisiana and knew that early intervention through financial literacy and leadership development could change lives. His expertise and passionate community leadership drive the organization's mission to create pathways for success through mentorship and educational opportunities.

As co-founder of 22 Hands Up, LLC, Mrs. Hampton brings her passion for education and youth development to the organization. Her background in community service and dedication to empowering young people has been instrumental in shaping the organization's programs and approach. Together with her husband Darrell, she works tirelessly to ensure that youth in Webster, Claiborne, and Bienville Parishes have access to the resources, knowledge, and support they need to build generational wealth and wellness.
