Registration Requirements

- Emergency contact and medical information must be current and accurate

Program Modifications
22 Hands Up, LLC reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel programs due to weather, safety concerns, insufficient enrollment, or other circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify participants of any changes.
All participants, parents/guardians, volunteers, and staff are expected to:

Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in removal from programs without refund and potential exclusion from future participation.
Assumption of Risk
Participation in 22 Hands Up, LLC programs may involve physical activities that carry inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks. You are responsible for ensuring that participants are physically and mentally able to participate safely.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 22 Hands Up, LLC, its board members, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our programs or use of our website, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Release and Indemnification
By participating in our programs, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless 22 Hands Up, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation or that of the minor you represent.
Medical Authorization
In case of emergency, you authorize 22 Hands Up, LLC staff and volunteers to seek appropriate medical treatment for the participant. You agree to be responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
22 Hands Up, LLC is a limited liability company organized for charitable purposes. Donations support our mission to prepare youth for generational wealth and wellness.
- All donations are voluntary and non-refundable
- Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law; consult your tax advisor
- We will provide donation receipts upon request
- Donations are used to support our programs and operational expenses
- We do not share donor information with third parties without consent
